Precision bearings

Ball screws are precision components that convert rotary motion into linear motion (or vice versa). They are becoming increasingly common in robotics, machine tooling, and measuring instrument technology.

Angular contact ball thrust bearings, designed for ball screws of all sizes, are particularly easy to install thanks to their adjustable preload. The contact angle of these bearings is 60°. Due to the large number of balls, these bearings achieve very high rigidity.

Combination of flush ground play

(universal match) Combined recessed bearings are also available with the suffix U. This allows the use of random combinations where two or more bearings are mounted.

This type is used to support ball screws used as actuators in high-precision, high-dynamic machinery, precision measuring equipment, robots, etc. It is a high-capacity, high-precision bearing.

Feature design:

    1. High rigidity
These bearings are designed with polyamide cages and a greater number of balls than conventional angular contact ball bearings. For these reasons, the bearing rigidity is greater than that of conventional bearings.
    2. Easy assembly and adjustment
These bearings are supplied with a preset preload, thus eliminating difficult adjustment and torque measurement.
    3. Simplified bearing mounting structure
These bearings are supplied with a 60° contact angle to accommodate radial and thrust load combinations. This results in a simplified and compact shaft and housing design.
