Description
Poly-V belts feature longitudinal teeth with a trapezoidal cross-section. Thanks to their reduced thickness, these belts are very flexible and can work with very small pulley diameters.Poly-V belts can achieve a higher peripheral speed than V-belts.

Thanks to its elastic polyamide cord, the belt maintains tension throughout the system's lifespan. These elastic belts are fully compatible with all Poly-V pulleys.

CONVEYXONIC® Poly-V Belts
Poly-V CONVEYXONIC® is an elastic belt designed for fixed center-to-center installation on roller conveyor drives. With 97% efficiency and no lubrication required, these belts are a viable and more economical alternative to chains. Up to 50 rollers can be driven by a single motor using this type of belt. Depending on the profile (J, K), they can handle loads from 300 kg to 2 tons. These elastic belts are fully compatible with all POLY-V pulleys.
