Description:
Ourzippersareavailable in sections of 1000mm, quality 6, with helical teeth (right propeller with angle of 19°31'42"), induction hardening on the teeth, ground and with standard side mounting holes for quick assembly.
The teeth are made with the same profile as the gear. This ensures the quality of the zipper and the smooth functioning of the application in general.
Technical characteristics:
- Module: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8
- Length: 250-500-1000*-1500-2000 mm in one piece. They can be spliced with each other.
- Quality: 6.
- Toothed: right propeller (standard) with propeller angle of 19°31'42".
- Upon request, it is possible to make different helix angles, following the customer's needs.
- Material: C45 or 42CrMo4
- Heat treatment: Hardening of teeth by induction (50-55 HRC) or cemented (58-60 HRC).
- Non-standard sizes made to customer specifications available on request.
Upon request, a zipper mounting template can be provided.
On request: Test report certificate, single and total pass error report, heat treatment certificate, metallographic examination, and cross-sectional sample can be supplied to verify hardening depth.
