SITEX® toothed couplings, made up of two steel toothed hubs, connected with an internally toothed crown made from a stabilized Super 6.6 polyamide resin.
SITEX® NYLEX® couplings are made of 100% polyamide. Designed for low-cost, light-duty applications and available with finished bore with keyway and set ball screw.

Nylon and flange designs
SITEX® NYLEX® couplings are made of 100% polyamide. Two versions are available:
- CV: in 2 parts (1 hub and a cover, including the hub);
- C: in 3 parts (2 hubs and a sleeve).
Designed for low-cost, light-duty applications and available with diameter thread and set ballscrew thread.
Temperature range: –25 °C to +90 °C.
Sitex FL 3D Coupling
SITEX® FL couplings consist of a steel hub and a fiberglass-reinforced polyamide flange that offers mechanical strength and dimensional stability at various temperature ranges.
SITEX® FL couplings are used in connections between the flywheels of internal combustion engines and: Hydraulic pumps, pistons, and compressor blades.
