Poly-V belts feature longitudinal teeth with a trapezoidal cross-section. Thanks to their reduced thickness, these belts are very flexible and can operate with very small pulley diameters. Poly-V belts can achieve higher peripheral speeds than V-belts.

Belts available with Aramid traction members for heavy-duty applications . Poly-V Conveyxonic Belt (0.07Mb) Poly-V CONVEYXONIC® is an elastic belt that can be installed at a fixed center distance, specially designed for roller conveyor drives. Thanks to its 97% efficiency and lack of lubrication requirements, these belts are a viable and more economical alternative to chains. With this type of belt, it is possible to drive up to 50 rollers with one motor. Depending on the profile (J, K), they can handle loads from 300 kg to 2 tons. These elastic belts are fully compatible with all POLY-V pulleys.
