Poly-V belts feature longitudinal teeth with a trapezoidal cross-section. Thanks to their reduced thickness, these belts are very flexible and can work with very small pulley diameters. Poly-V belts can achieve a higher peripheral speed than V-belts.

Belts available with Aramid drive members for heavy-duty applications Conveyxonic Poly-V Belts (0.07Mb) Poly-V CONVEYXONIC® is a flexible belt that can be installed at a fixed center distance, specially designed for roller conveyor drives. Thanks to their 97% efficiency and lack of lubrication requirements, these belts are a valid and more economical alternative to chains. With this type of belt, it is possible to drive up to a maximum of 50 rollers with one motor. Depending on the profile (J, K), they can handle loads from 300 kg to 2 tons. These elastic belts are fully compatible with all POLY-V pulleys.
