SIT TORQUE-FLEX® narrow “XP” high-performance belts are manufactured in accordance with European standards ISO 4184 and DIN 2215. Designed for high-speed operation on small-diameter pulleys and short center distances, they are also suitable for use in multiple V-belt drives where high shock loads and heavy loads are encountered. No special selection is required for multiple drives, as they are manufactured according to the Matchmaker® System , which ensures tighter production tolerances compared to regulatory limits.

Available with standard V-pulleys made of DIN 1691 GG20/GG25 cast iron, with solid shaft, for mounting SER-SIT® tapered bushes, preconfigured with oversized hub for self-locking units or according to customer specifications.
Double row angular contact ball bearings.
The construction of this type of ball bearing is similar to the back-to-back assembly of two single-row angular contact ball bearings. Because fewer balls can be inserted per row compared to single-row angular contact ball bearings, a double-row angular contact ball bearing will have less load capacity than a back-to-back assembly of two single-row angular contact ball bearings of equivalent size/series. This type of bearing can withstand radial, moment, and bidirectional axial loads.
