ELAClean®belts are a new range of monolithic belts made from homogeneous thermoplastic polyurethane, specifically designed for contact with food and suitable for meeting the required hygiene standards. They are available in various profiles and surface finishes, ensuring quality, precision, and customization for a wide range of applications.
AllELAClean®belts are resistant to oil, grease, cleaning agents, and bacteria, making them exceptionally easy to clean and suitable for critical hygiene applications (e.g., when processing meat, poultry, or seafood, dough, and fresh dairy products). In addition to these benefits, ELAClean® belts can also be customized (e.g., with profiles, flights, and sidewalls) to handle a wide range of conveying tasks.

TheELAClean®range includes positive drive belts [tooth pitch 26mm (EC-P1) and 50mm (EC-P2)], self-centering positive drive belts [tooth pitch: 39.7mm (EC-C4)] and flat belts [belt thickness: 3mm (EC-F3)]. Each of these can be supplied with a specific surface finish, depending on the different application requirements.
• Glossy surface: excellent cut resistance, good product adhesion, suitable for inclined and declined transport, improves precise positioning (dry/semi-dry products).
• Matte surface: good product release, suitable for high-speed product transport operations.
• Non-stick surface: excellent release properties, recommended for inclined and declined transport and to prevent the vacuum effect.
