Description:
Our racksareavailable from stock in 1000mm lengths, grade 6, with helical teeth (right-hand helix with an angle of 19°31'42"), induction hardened teeth, ground and with standard side mounting holes for quick installation.
The teeth are made with the same profile as the gear. This guarantees the quality of the rack and the smooth operation of the application in general.
Technical specifications:
Module: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8
Length: 250-500-1000*-1500-2000 mm in a single piece. They can be joined together.
Quality: 6.
Pitch: right-hand propeller (standard) with a pitch angle of 19°31'42".
Upon request, it is possible to make different propeller angles, according to customer requirements.
Material: C45 or 42CrMo4
Heat treatment:Hardeningof teeth by induction (50-55 HRC) or cementation (58-60 HRC)
Non-standard sizes made to customer's specifications available upon request
A zipper mounting template can be supplied upon request.
Upon request:Test report certificate, single-pass and total error report, heat treatment certificate, metallographic examination, and cross-section sample to verify hardening depth can beprovided.
