This is the new Narrow Profile Die-Cut Belt . Its performance is characterized by a considerable service life, stability, and flexibility. SIT NEXT® Narrow Profile Die-Cut Belts are manufactured with abrasion-resistant components and designed with an optimized molded tooth pattern to transmit high torque in extreme applications . The special EPDM compound ensures maximum performance across a wide temperature range , and thanks to the ISO SET length tolerance system, multi-belt drives can be installed without matching requirements. The new SIT NEXT® belts are maintenance-free and maintain stable tension throughout their service life without the need for periodic retensioning. Heavy-duty applications will no longer be a challenge.

Available with standard trapezoidal pulleys in cast iron material DIN 1691 GG20/GG25, with solid bushing, for mounting the SER-SIT® tapered bushing, pre-adjusted with oversized bushing for self-locking units or according to customer specifications.
