This is the newnarrow profile die-cut belt. Its performance is characterized by considerable service life, stability, and flexibility. SIT NEXT® narrow profile die-cut belts are manufactured with abrasion-resistant components and designed with optimal molded teeth to transmithigh torque in extreme applications. The specialEPDMcompound guaranteesmaximum performance over a wide range of temperaturesand, thanks to theISO SET length tolerance system, it is possible to install multiple belt drives without matching requirements. The newSIT NEXT®beltsare maintenance-freeand maintain stable tension throughout their service life without the need for periodic re-tensioning. Heavy-duty applications will no longer be a challenge.

Available with standard V-belt pulleys made of DIN 1691 GG20/GG25 cast iron, with solid bushing, for mounting SER-SIT® taper bushings, pre-adjusted with oversized bushing for self-locking units or according to customer specifications.
