Round and V-belts

Properties
DINAMICA offers a wide range of different V-belts. Depending on the application and use, the profiles can be reinforced with so-called reinforcements (polyester, aramid, steel, and weldable fiberglass PU). Thanks to the different Shore hardness grades and surfaces (smooth, rough), optimum drive and transport properties as well as a long service life are guaranteed.
Composition of V-belts
High-quality PU (polyurethane) and TPE (polyester) materials are used for the production of V-belts, ensuring optimum performance and a long service life in drive and conveyor technology applications.
Diameters

Sizes
In principle, alltrapezoidal profilesare manufactured with radii on the edges. The dimensions comply with DIN 2215 and ISO 4184 standards.
The smallest and medium geometries are 6 x 4 mm (Y), 8 x 5 mm (M), 10 x 6 mm (Z), 13 x 8 mm (A), and 17 x 11 mm (B). V-beltsin sizes 22 x 14 mm (C) and 32 x 20 mm (D) are available for higher loads.
Special Properties
- Safe for X-ray inspection (X-ray and metal detectable): These PU T-profiles make an important contribution to food safety, as plastic particles can be detected by metal detectors and X-ray machines.
- Hydrolysis resistance (HY): The use of hydrolysis-resistant raw materials ensures a longer service life, especially in humid environments, at higher temperatures, and with regular cleaning.
- UV-C resistance: Special additives increase the resistance of T-profiles to UV-C waves, which can cause premature aging in conventional plastics. This extends the service life of the strips, especially when UV-C emitters are used for surface disinfection.
- Antistatic: Special additives automatically dissipate electrostatic charge across the sliding surface or deflection drum, ensuring, for example, better product transfer in the paper industry and preventing damage to electronic components in the transport section.
- Low-temperature flexibility: For applications in the deep-freeze and low-temperature range, we offer material combinations that retain their flexibility and product properties at temperatures as low as -30°C.
- PU Plus (reduced elongation): The exclusive PU75A and PU85A "PLUS" materials optimize the elongation behavior of Round Belts, i.e., dimensional stability, in critical applications.
- Food safety: FDA/CE compliance for all profile surfaces. USDA compliance for smooth profile surfaces.
