BRECOvacuum AT10 VAC
For all material handling systems, Mulco-Europe EWIV distributors now offer a new toothed belt pulley system: BRECOvacuum. This innovative system allows for safer and more efficient "top-down" conveying of sheets, paper, glass plates, or thin metal sheets under vacuum conditions compared to conventional polyurethane vacuum toothed belts.
The vacuum timing belt's suction channel features a specially designed, wear-resistant fabric pre-integrated during manufacturing and a specially designed area free of traction elements. The polyamide fabric on the back of the belt prevents unwanted bending and tilting caused by the suction effect.
The sealing grooves are designed as an integral part of the timing belt during the manufacturing process. Their cross-section provides optimal sealing and flexibility for the rotation of the timing pulley.
The extremely complex geometries of the timing pulleys and suction bars are precisely matched to the timing belt in the BRECOvacuum system. Wear due to incorrect tolerance coordination between components is reduced, and the system's service life is increased. Vacuum losses are minimized by coordinating the individual system components.
BRECOvacuum is available in the AT10 division with a belt width of 50 mm or 75 mm.
