TRASCO® couplings are manufactured dimensionally with hub types "A" and "B," the difference being the maximum shaft diameter they can accept (corresponding to the first and second code numbers, respectively). The long hub "L" design (allowing complete coverage of the motor shaft) is available in "A" and "B" designs.

SIT TORQUE-FLEX® narrow “XP” high-performance belts are manufactured in accordance with European standards ISO 4184 and DIN 2215. Designed for high-speed operation on small-diameter pulleys and short center distances, they are also suitable for use in multiple V-belt drives where high shock loads and heavy loads are encountered. No special selection is required for multiple drives, as they are manufactured according to the Matchmaker® System , which ensures tighter production tolerances compared to regulatory limits.
- Profile: XPZ-XPA-XPB-XPC
- Static conductor (ISO 1813)

GRB Execution for SER-SIT® tapered bushing

TRASCO® GRB couplingsfor SER-SIT® tapered bushings are manufactured from GG25 cast iron.
They combine the high performance typical of standard TRASCO® couplings with the advantages of easy assembly and disassembly using the SER-SIT® tapered bushing.
These cubes are manufactured in two different assembly versions:
B1: Installation of tapered hub from the outside
B2: Installation of tapered hub from the inside (not available for size 90/100)
The GRB design eliminates the problem of corrosion, making it suitable for all types of machinery.
B1 type cubes allow axial displacement for star replacement.
GR CAL Execution with SIT-LOCK® CAL 8 clamping bushings

This design has been introduced to incorporate the advantages offered bySIT-LOCK® CAL 8 clamping hubsin the shaft-hub connection. The system allows for quick, secure, play-free assembly without the use of a keyway, eliminating the need for lock washers, spacers, and retaining rings.
We can design multiple solutions to meet all types of application needs.

GRS double cardan shaft drive

The GRS series allows for greater compensation of axial, radial, and angular misalignment. In addition, the use of a double star allows the torsion angle to be doubled and provides a very high damping effect.
The GRS series allows for compensation of high axial, radial, and angular misalignment. In addition, the use of the double spider allows for twice the torsional angle and provides a high level of damping.
GRFRT execution for brake drums

The GR FRT series has been developed to fit drum brake transmission (FRT).
An elastic coupling is considered to consist of:
Standard hub (any of the TRASCO family)
Elastic star
Special hub connected to the brake drum
In addition, it is possible to assemble different brake drums sized for any type of coupling.
GRFRD implementation for disc brakes

The GR FRD series has been developed to fit disc brake transmissions (FRD).
It is an elastic coupling consisting of:
Standard hub (any of the TRASCO family)
Elastic star
Special hub connected to the brake disc
In addition, it is possible to mount different sized brake discs for any type of coupling.
