Description

SITEX® toothed couplings, consisting of two steel toothed hubs connected to an internally toothed ring made from stabilized Super 6.6 polyamide resin.

SITEX® NYLEX® couplingsare made of 100% polyamide. Designed for light-duty, low-cost applications and available with an internal bore finished with a key and set screw.

SITEX® NYLEX® 100% polyamide

Sitex Nylex 3D Joint

SITEX® NYLEX® couplings are made of 100% polyamide. Two versions are available:

  • CV: in 2 parts (1 Hub and a case, including the hub);
  • C: in 3 parts (2 bushings and one sleeve).

 

  • Designed for lightweight, low-cost applications and available with diameter thread and adjustment screw thread.
  • Temperature range: -25°C to +90°C.

SITEX® FL Glass fiber reinforced polyamide flanges

Sitex FL 3D Joint

SITEX® FL couplingsconsist of a steel hub and a glass fiber reinforced polyamide flange that offers mechanical strength and dimensional stability across various temperature ranges.

SITEX® FL couplings are used in connections between the flywheels of internal combustion engines and: Hydraulic pumps, pistons, and compressor blades.
